The Wharves located at King Street Wharf Darling Harbour is by far the most popular. This is due to being very assessable and centrally located, not to mention all the bars, clubs and restaurants located along the Wharf and on Lime Street make for great pre-harbour cruise meeting spots and post cruise after parting venues.
Due to the popularity of the King Street wharves, a booking system administered by Sydney Maritime is used to coordinate each individual pick-up and drop-off. A fee is incurred which is generally covered by the boat hirer. Each booking provides for a 15 minuet time slot for boarding/disembarking only. Vessels must adhere precisely to the allocated schedule as bookings are monitored.
